In Cambodia, one of our own countrymen was killed—an innocent little boy—by savages.
Masked gunmen seized dozens of children at an international school killing a young Canadian boy and threatening to shoot the others one by one before police managed to rescue the hostages.
In Ottawa, Foreign Affairs Minister Pierre Pettigrew said he was shocked to hear of the Canadian child’s killing. He said Canadian consular officials were en route to the site, but that Australian officials were currently working there on Canada’s behalf.
God bless that little boy and his poor family.
