I guess Dr. Tam is missing all the attention she was getting during the so-called “COVID-19” days when she was like that era’s Taylor Swift to many progressives.
But today even the progressive-luvin’ CTV “News” X account showed a little derision today toward the erstwhile angelic Dr. Tam, agent of love, when Tam saw fit to weigh in on Valentine’s Day, only to warn us horny and utterly careless plebians of… Syphilis. Here she is enjoying the spotlight once again:
As you know, most Canadians who honor Valentine’s Day with their special love engage in wild monkey sex on St. Valentine’s Day — not with their lover who is “their Valentine” but with random people they just met, or prostitutes or whatnot, to express their reverence for the 3rd-century Roman saint, Saint Valentine, commemorated in Western Christianity and most normal people on February 14.
Maybe Tam doesn’t really understand Saints. Or actual people. And what they do. Together with their Valentine’s sweethearts. Or maybe she doesn’t understand much of anything which is, you know, on the “outside.” Or which is “not authoritarian.”
You may remember the progressives’ Taylor Swift — I mean Dr. Tam — from her initial concerns about this new virus. AS a health official, she deemed it necessary to impart her urgent pandemic health messages this way:
You can see there in her “tweets” (as they were known then), that the Chinese Communists had not yet instructed us to call it “COVID-19,” and Tam referred to it with the hashtag #2019nCoV and #coronavirus. Naturally, she wouldn’t call it the “China Virus” or the “Wuhan Virus,” given her obvious fear that naming it by traditional methods could possibly result in “racism” in Canada — because we are just that stupid. Even if it is the way we’ve named every new virus for decades, it’s now too risky for a country of “systemically racist” idiots, unlike her. But soon after this, the Communist Chinese had given us their instructions, and like lemmings, we followed them to the tee. Now: no racism. Oh wait — they still say we’re “systemically racist.” We don’t deserve her.
Her boss Justin Trudeau and the whole gang all went all-in on the racism angle. “PM warns against discrimination at Lunar New Year event as fears of coronavirus spread.” That was what was most important to them. It was a real opening for them. Lots of time and energy were wasted on that front, just as Canadians were about to get whacked by Covid and the country ultimately shut down under their harsh, idiotic, non-science-based hands. It’s something from which we’ve yet to recover, as you or any of the 120,000 small and medium-sized businesses that shut down due to the Tam/Trudeau lockdowns know very well cough vote accordingly.
So they tried to get a racism vibe going with Covid, but Covid proved too much for them and they had to largely drop it and focus on, you know, Covid. Darn the luck.
So happy Valentine’s Day despite the progressives! Don’t worry in the slightest about getting syphilis from your Valentine’s sweetie. Or even “Covid.”
And hey at least Dr. Tam got her face in the news again. Phew! I so missed it! They do find a way of making every day their day, don’t they? I prepared a chart for your reference:
