Liberals to promise funky tax hike on gas and “carbon”, in phony - BIGGER GOV’T - enviro-tax scam

Dion:  I promise to raise taxes!  To control your life!  Because you’re too stupid!  You collectively behave like big stupids!  Vote Liberal!  We know best!  Remember we are the party that promised to save you from buying “beer and popcorn”!  Oh hoops I make sorry!  Forget that ha-one slip out hagain!

The li’l Liberal Frenchman, Stephane (the “Green Guru”) Dion didn’t really say any of that as far as I know, but then I’m also not really sure.  I haven’t understood half of what he’s said in ages.

Their new carbon-taxing plan, according to media reports, is apparently to tax the sin of using fuels to drive your car, or heat your home, or anything else that produces carbon and greenhouse gases—like your breathing, and your farts.  And the ocean.  And the forests.  And water.  Well OK just the sins of driving and heating your home for now.  (But they’re “progressives”, so you know the extra taxes will never end—they haven’t so far, have they?)

Since the liberals are so very anti-sin, they will therefore continue to tax what they see as the major sins:  profits and all income you earn as hard-working Canadians who aren’t on some sort of state welfare, yet. Liberals are all about reducing sins.

The fact that they were against raising the age of sexual consent from 14;  they had an immigration policy that imported strippers and hookers to Canada;  want to legalize pot-smoking for our kids as a way to attract the best and brightest to our land; surrender to the savage Taliban regime in Afghanistan; keep abortion legal, absolutely limitless, and fully taxpayer funded;  appoint Supreme Court justices who declare, for example, that group sex parlors are a “Canadian Value”, and so on —are harder to explain, which is why they came up with slogans such as “Canadian Value” and “George Bush is a neo-con”.

Being liberal is hard.  And Dion can’t explain any of that any more than he will be able to explain any of this tax-raising, government-growing, people-controlling, nanny-state nonsense.  The article about this even seems to acknowledge that, on behalf of the Liberals.

…The Liberals want to get the issue to the public well before a federal vote to ensure Mr. Dion doesn’t get tripped up trying to explain a complicated scheme during the hurly-burly of an election campaign. …

That’s just funny.

And here’s and old one of Monsieur Dion explaining his clean hair and less smug days policy for Canadians:

Whatever the funky Dion plan is, it doesn’t sound like smaller government and less intrusive government or less expensive government—it sounds like the opposite.  Like we’re going the wrong way again—like we’re about to get more of what got us into the mess in the first place.  Like another huge leap in the size and scope of government, and another tax scheme designed to take the money out of your pocket and place it into the pockets of those (asses) who think they know better than you.

The liberals’ media is already pumping the idea up.  And they too are already tripping over themselves:  Here’s two quotes from an article written by the liberals’ Globe and Mail and their crack reporters Jane Taber and Brian Laghi, who apparently didn’t read what they wrote, and saw no need for clarification, especially insofar as the leftover $4 BILLION:

“…But the key is that the money raised – estimated as much as $17-billion … “

“Stéphane Dion is poised to unveil a carbon-tax scheme and attempt to neutralize any political damage by offering corresponding personal income tax cuts of between $10-billion and $13-billion to working Canadians, senior Liberal sources say.”

That’s quite a dance.  The Liberals and their media promise the 10-13 billion tax cuts would be for “middle-class and working Canadians”, making it “revenue neutral”, I mean aside from that missing $4 BILLION.  (But no tax reductions on those nasty “rich” Canadians because they don’t deserve it.  They’re not to be treated as equal citizens.  After all, as “rich” Canadians earning in excess of $69,000, they have stolen their money off the backs of “working families”… and handicapped children if I’m not mistaken.)

SaWING yer partner round ‘n round.  Alaman left!

I’m not sure this can be for real.  I think the Liberal Frenchman is simply practicing his socialist clown routine—it’s a spoof!  Or is it a goofy mathematics professor routine the likes of which you might expect to see funded by myriad image-logo’d agencies?).
