I’m just putting that “headline” out there because I’m sick and tired of the BS line, helpfully repeated by all their media partners, which Liberal Ignatieff and the leader of the socialist you’ve got to be kidding party and the other socialist leaders keep repeating from their boring scripts, that the reason they want another election less than a year after the last election which was just shortly after the one before that, is because Conservative Prime Minister Stephen Harper can’t or won’t “work with” the socialist opposition (their secret code for helping them make Canada more socialist, and growing government, and increasing citizens and erstwhile free-market business reliance on government, instead of making Canada more free).
In actual fact, it’s that the leftists leaders can’t stand the slow speed at which Canada is becoming socialist, and the relatively slow rate (compared to how they’d have it) of the growth in the size and scope of government, and are obsessed with getting power and driving their secret, hidden agenda to turn Canada into a full-on big government nanny-state with a socialist economy and their drive to an even more politically-correct, progressive, left-wing social policy manifesto.
They can’t find it in themselves to speak reasonably to the elected leader of our country, and to “work with” him and them. That makes them lame. That’s their guilt. That’s their problem. It shouldn’t be yours.
