Layton and other liberal-leftist fundamentalists both in the you’ve got to be kidding party and the Liberal Party argue that we should now debate Canada’s fighting troops being in Afghanistan to combat terrorism?
I can’t for the life of me imagine what these people are thinking, if in fact they are thinking at all beyond their egos and asinine anti-American politics.
What part of this don’t they understand?

Thousands of Americans—friends and allies and brothers and sisters—children of a common mother—and scores of Canadians—were killed by a terrorist attack against innocent civilians, and against the west and our way of life.
That pretty much ended any necessity for debate.
