It’s not terribly surprising that Jimmy Carter (or as he calls himself, Jimma Cutta) would seek out the terrorists for tea and buns, given his proclivity to side with Palestinian terrorists over Israel and indeed the United States.
This is something that Cutta, and here at home, Jack (“ass”) Layton and his you’ve got to be kidding party minions have never understood, with regard to their promise to engage in a strategy to negotiate with terrorists over tea and buns:

Maybe while Cutta’s in Syria, he can find some of the WMDs that the savage Saddam Hussein shipped-in for hiding during that 9-month-long “rush to war” leading up to the U.S. finally invading Iraq. I kind of doubt he’ll be looking however.
