Pentagon says explosives were moved by U.S. troops

1,000 (one thousand) times more explosives than that has been destoyed

As if this pile of Qaqaa story wasn’t stinky enough, a Pentagon briefing today indicates the following:

1,000 times more material than that under discussion, has already been destroyed or is tagged for destruction by the U.S. troops, from over 10,000 bunkers or similar facilities.

1,000 (one thousand) times more explosives than that has been destoyed

.

Or to put it another way, this huge story represents 1/1,000 of what has been destroyed.  One-one-thousandths.

John Kerry thinks this is unfortunate, inasmuch as it proves that America was right to invade that mother of all weapons stockpiles country called Iraq.

Saddam had a stockpile of weapons, it seems, which was so huge it is nearly impossible to explain in human terms.  But remember, according to the U.N. and John Kerry and all liberals, he had no weapons of mass destruction (—just an ungodly amount of weapons of mammoth destruction, sufficient to kill at least half of the population of the United States, and/or much of Europe).

That which was there before the U.S. troops got there, was in the hands of Saddam Hussein, not Kofi Annan or any other Saint—no, not John Kerry, no, not Hillary Clinton and her pointy index finger.  She was not in charge.

No, to repeat, it was in the hands of Saddam Hussein.  Reminder:  he’s the one who was the sworn enemy of America, and who killed, raped, maimed, tortured, and cut limbs off countless thousands of his own citizens for sport.  Or to explain it from John Kerry’s perspective, it was safe—in the right hands—before the U.S. troops got there.

Then, after the U.S. troops freed Iraq and destroyed 1,000 times that amount of explosives, John Kerry started claiming that all of this proves that George Bush blew it, or something.

Do we understand each other?
