More followup to barely reported Liberal attempt at ruining a good man’s life

See previous blog entries here and here.

Current Liberal leader Paul (“I dint know nuttin”) Martin won’t comment on this apparently, partially because nobody in the whole country’s media has ever asked him about it, from what I can tell.  (The media is, however, very concerned about a Conservative candidate who remained in the kitchen rather than speak to the media.  News at eleven.  Yawn.)

But now a Team Martin/ Hargrove/ Julia Van Dusen/ CBC and a Liberal candidate from Saskatchewan has even more trouble.  As earlier reported, a grotesque and yet rather unsurprising attempt at character assassination occurred against a good man, a Conservative named MP Maurice Vellacott.  It took place during a televised all-candidate’s debate, when a caller attempted to ruin the Conservative candidate’s life through lying—a Liberal speciality—and phoney innuendo and accusation.  It backfired badly when the phone call in question was traced to his Liberal opponent’s campaign office.

That should normally end the entire Liberal Party’s chances at re-election for this election and for years to come, because it helps prove yet again that the entire party is corrupt.  But no.  It’s scarcely reported.

Jaws did not drop, nobody was fired, no inquest will be held, Paul Martin dint know nuttin.  I’m sure Julia Van Dusen and the CBC does know about this, however, which is why it’s so surprising that they don’t make as big deal about it as they do about abortion, which is on no party’s agenda, at all whatsoever.

It was alleged at the time of the incident that the caller was in fact a man named George Laliberte, because somebody said he’d recognized the voice.  He’s an associate of the Liberal candidate and someone who is working on the Liberal campaign.

The Liberal candidate and apparent excuse-maker, named Chris Axworthy (who was an NDPer and now a Liberal), who originally made it appear as though he dint know nuttin, has more trouble on his phoney Liberal agenda than he could possible win with, in a sane world

Tom Hengen (who’s no Conservative—he’s a past leadership candidate for the Saskatchewan Liberal Party), who knows George Laliberte, has today sworn an affidavit saying that he believes it was this George Laliberte who’s voice was on the call.  (He watched a tape of the show).

The Liberal candidate Chris Axworthy would also have recognized the voice, no?  Yes, I would think so.  So it appears as though there may have been a cover-up.

Where does the buck stop?  We don’t know.
