I think it’s time to put “PETA” to bed. These people speak for the rights of fish, now. Have they ever spoken to an Islamic woman in Saudi Arabia or Iran? Or in the former Iraq before it started becoming free thanks to the Americans and their coalition partners?
PETA Campaign Pitches Fish As Smart
Touting tofu chowder and vegetarian sushi as alternatives, animal-rights activists have launched a novel campaign arguing that fish — contrary to stereotype — are intelligent, sensitive animals no more deserving of being eaten than a pet dog or cat.
We’re having some fantastic farmed salmon (from US-based Costco!) for supper tonight. We absolutely love farmed salmon and eat it at least once a week.
I bought some lamb chops today for supper tomorrow.
Thursday might be a good chance to have some of those filet mignon (that’s red-blooded beef!) that we buy in bulk at US-based Costco. We buy it in bulk because beef is so delicious.
Friday we usually reserve for Chinese food (love those sweet ‘n sour pork ribs!) or pepperoni pizza, or fish and chips. Love that halibut!
Alby is our puppy—we think of her as part of our little family.
I have absolutely no problem discerning the different between Alby and a fish. I won’t eat her.
