No sorry it was Bush he blamed.
Or was it Halliburton?
McCain?
“Neo-cons”?
Palin? Yeah —that’s the ticket. If this insulting excuse doesn’t work, blame that damn Sarah Palin.
No actually, it turns out the Liberal Frenchman Stephane (the “Green Guru”) Dion blames his inability to speak English on some sort of medically inexplicable “hearing problem”. No, not a speaking problem or a mental block of some weird sort, a “hearing problem”. I imagine he calls it an earing problem, which just adds to the confusion, since he’s a liberal and may well don earrings and other piercings when not on CBC exposing his Green Shaft.
The important thing is that you buy it! It’s Liberal! Their state-owned CBC division bought it and ate it up yesterday then dutifully barfed it out in their on-air “news reports”. Yes, folks, they reported this hilarity with a straight face as an unquestioned, reasonable explanation for Dion’s inability to speak our nation’s language, so it must be true!
“I have a difficulty to isolate sounds,” Dion told reporters who asked about it during a scrum after a campaign stop in a riding near Montreal.

Yes Dion has make a many diff-i-culty to be speak with a word in posture correct for de grammair eng-lish. It has because of Meester Arpair and ZZgeorzzge Boosh and the hamany neo-cons who break the earing.
The Liberal Frenchman says the hearing impairment makes it hard “to catch the music of the beautiful language of English.” … and yet he somehow manages to hear everything Arpair and Boosh and dee udder neo-con make saying all da day for ward.
But he quickly added “it doesn’t stop me to listen to Canadians.”
Doesn’t stop you to listen to Canadians? Also doesn’t stop you “to” adding words where they don’t belong.
So that’s an odd “medical condition”.
