People, animals…. same thing! Same rights! “Human rights”, I guess! That’s the sort of thing PETA activists like former Canadian resident Pamela Anderson (who got her American citizenship last year) would have us believe.
Others in her sphere of influence actually seem to me to think that rats are more valuable. Kill the humans! Save the rats! …which will result in more dead humans ultimately. Eureka!

Senate committee shocked by testimony of ALF spokesman
WASHINGTON — A radical animal rights activist shocked members of the U.S. Senate this week by advocating the murder of those conducting medical research.
Jerry Vlasak, spokesman for the Animal Liberation Front, told the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works that killing medical researchers was “morally justified” to save laboratory animals.
Vlasak compared the life of lab animals to African American slaves and the Jewish victims of Nazi concentration camps.
He made his comments while defending a similar statement, made to the news media last year: “I don’t think you’d have to kill — assassinate — too many vivisectors before you would see a marked decrease in the amount of vivisection going on. And I think for five lives, 10 lives, 15 human lives, we could save a million, 2 million, 10 million non-human lives.” […]
Jerry Vlasak should be well-known to Canadians as he was long associated with the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society (along with such luminaries as Vancouver radio talkshow host Raif Mair, and liberal Hollywood’s leftist stars such as Sean Penn, Richard Dean Anderson, Brigitte Bardot, Pierce Brosnan, Martin Sheen, and others); and he was charged during a protest on Canada’s east coast earlier this year.
The FBI knows of him because he is associated with the Animal Liberation Front, which is considered a terrorist threat by the FBI, and the Brits know of him as he has been barred from entry into their country. Apparently that doesn’t mean anything to Canada’s crack border control and security bureaucracy which obviously welcomed him into Canada last April to make such statements here.
So just a quick review: this week we learn from leftists, liberals, or other moonbats —these things:
Some scientists and other researchers should be killed in order to save rats and such.
Jews should be slaughtered, and Israel wiped off the map.
People like me—and specifically radio talkshow host Lowell Green and “His kind will all die off soon, and the world will finally be relieved of his own flavor of rigid impedance to any meaningful sort of social progress”.
Human abortions are perfectly fine—pro-abortion laws should be encouraged, actually.
Human euthanasia should be legal and the crafting of such laws encouraged.
The malaria-battling chemical “DDT” ban must be maintained in order to save insects, leaving millions of African HUMANS dead as a result (at least a couple of Africans died from malaria while you were reading this).
And so much more!
