As if there wasn’t enough trouble with militant mask-wearing natives in Canada who purposely look every bit the jihadist terrorist setting up blockades and threatening the safety and normal livelihood of normal hard-working Canadian families; and the similar workings of Canada’s political leftists and jihadists (sometimes working and officially planning all together) in Canada; now another radical militant leftist group called the “Anti Poverty Committee”, which may have close ties to natives and even some mainstream left-wing political parties in Vancouver and British Columbia, are in the process of planning and executing what I would call terrorist attacks in and around Vancouver.
These folks are all about the “peace”. And “democracy”. And “tolerance”. And “compassion”. I know this because (A) they’re always the exact same people who join the lewd near-naked gay men and the lewd transgendered folks and the smelly hippies and masked anarchists and sundry other radical liberals and leftists at all those protests that take place on sunny days in Vancouver in our public squares, where Christmas decorations are strictly illegal are quickly met with punishment of jail time or at least the threat, under no uncertain terms, of that.
And (B) they also have that U.N.-inspired “peace” bird thing in their very red logos and communist/terrorist manifestos (for example these graphics are from their own communist, and, um, native rights, and um, homelessness, and um anti-capitalist, um web site, built in the capitalist style, using evil capitalist tools. Irony abounds.):
Look: Vancouver is Indian territory! I did not know that. Yet Canadian taxpayers are supposed to provide housing for poor folks there? Hmm.
Oh and “peace”!
“Peace will be achieved through… um, our war!” And um, “Some things are worth fighting for!” (So they agree with the whole Iraq thing then? And Vietnam? Joel confused!)
They will fight this war “by any means necessary”.
Oh and by the way: “Peace!”
Read this again and again for a good chuckle at the pathological, mixed-message, psychologically/politically conflicted albeit typical leftist moonbat netroot message. Joel much amused.
This group is called the Anti-Poverty Committee (tel: 604-682-2726 fax: 604-682-2752 e-mail ), and therefore that’s what the liberal media calls them, in lieu of “communist terrorists”, which is what they actually are. The groups (both the “Committee” and, I suspect, the very liberal media) want free government housing for all the people who don’t work and don’t already have free or heavily subsidized government housing, which coincidentally is always approximately 50% more people than there are houses built for them every year by complacent taxpayers, no matter the number of housing units. The expression “You build ‘em, they will come” is the credo of socialists. It works!
With sympathetic mind, the you’ve got to be kidding party and much of the Liberal Party, members of both which actively encourage and mainstream various radical protests by their very visible participation in them, totally agree with the goals, it seems to me, or would at least just as soon stand around and let the goals be achieved by the warriors/jihadists—not unlike many quiet Muslims who seem perfectly nice and strangely quiet about all that jihadist stuff. And in similar fashion, the media obediently calls these parties “the NDP” and “the Liberal Party”, rather than “sundry unthinking socialist moonbats and Dhimmis”. So it’s all consistent that way.
Yesterday, more of the leftist terrorists engaged in a violent rage-filled trashing of a Vancouver office used by the Olympics Committee folks, while innocent secretaries scrambled to call police to save themselves. By all accounts, they should have called the Army.
It’s a nascent war which all political parties and their obedient naive followers are allowing to further develop for fear of not being seen as politically correct on the cocktail circuit and in the Lloyd Robertson reports.
