Convicted Killers Draft Peace Plan

The Palestinian good cop/bad cop routine is really getting hackneyed. Today Mahmoud Abbas/Abu Mazen “threatened” to call for a referendum on a new peace plan drafted by his advisors.

His “advisors” are a group of convicted mass murderers, imprisoned in Israel: Abbas threatens to call a referendum. (Hat tip: BusinessGuy.)

The referendum would ask Palestinians to either accept or reject a document that had been drafted earlier this month by senior Palestinian militants jailed in Israel. The five-page document calls for a Palestinian state in the West Bank, Gaza and east Jerusalem, the areas Israel captured in the 1967 Mideast War.

The draft was negotiated by leading prisoners from Hamas and Fatah over the period of four weeks at Israel’s Hadarim Prison, where top Fatah prisoner Marwan Barghouti is being held.

The talks took place in a wing for Palestinian security prisoners, where 120 inmates are held, said Barghouti’s lawyer, Khader Shkirat. After the factions’ political leaders gave their blessing, Barghouti drafted an outline that was revised in the negotiations, Shkirat said. Many of the sessions took place in the prison yard.

We’ve been so conditioned to accept this kind of insanity that no one blinks an eye. We’re all living in Bizarro World now.

And Syria and Sudan and Saudi Arabia have all been on the United Nations Commission on Human Rights, and liberals support that outfit and its constant condemnation of America and America’s treatment of Islamofascist terrorists who seek to destroy America;  and they support the U.N.‘s blasting of Canada’s “harsh” unemployment insurance programs.

Here in Canada, liberals charged with among other things criminal corruption and malfeasance while in office, and their friends pleading guilty to 15 counts of fraud, for example, are sentenced by our liberal courts and their liberal-appointed judges to lecture students about morals and ethics instead of 34 months in jail which the prosecution suggested.

And in Canada, we’re not allowed, by law, to spend our own money on our own basic healthcare services, just as in North Korea; and abortion is considered a healthcare service; and private clinics are not allowed, unless they’re abortion clinics.

And people still vote liberal.

I could go on.  Charles is right!
