Volpe campaign named as paying for 9 memberships 

Dozens of people in Montreal, including the dead, have been improperly signed up as federal Liberal party members.

The story at the liberals-leftists’ Toronto Star goes on, and on, as if the obvious conclusion just couldn’t be right.
