The Obama campaign has officially said it will change, and drop the use of its pretend Presidential seal.
He employed lotsa hope that it would psych idiots into thinking he looks “presidential”. I mentioned this over the weekend.
I mentioned that among the subtle changes, the eagle is modified to contain the Obama O logo as seen all over his campaign web pages; and the Presidential Seal’s Latin “E Pluribus Unum” (Out of Many, One) is replaced with the Obamatonian “Vero possumus”, which means Truly we’re able, or reduced down a little in the Obama kitchen crock pot, Yes we can, an Obama campaign’s slogan (in case ya hadn’t heard).
And I said methinks he should reconsider the Vero possumus since it almost sounds like a weird way of saying he’s very much like an opposum, which of course he is.
I put a thousand bucks on this change happening. I win. Thank you.
ALSO changed after a sound mocking:
Democratic Congresswoman Maxine Waters, who implied she’d like to “nationalize” (that’s communist code-speak for the government taking over, Hugo Chavez or Che Guevara-style) all the oil companies in the U.S., now says what she said was “not an intentional statement”. Again: it was “not an intentional statement”. Or to put it another way, she’s a commie, but didn’t “intend” for you to know about that.
See my blog entry which includes a YouTube video of her in commie-style action, as well as another video showing another Democrat Congressman saying the same thing, and then yet another Democrat, an aid, saying the exact same thing. So far, that Congressman hasn’t declared his almost exact same words as “unintentional”.
