The National Post’s Daily Hillarack for Monday, March 3 2008

Once again because I’ve been sick, I haven’t really kept up with the National Post’s daily pathological obsession with their Hillary The Magnificent and The Great Obama, the symptoms of which are exhibited as almost daily fawning stories and haYUGE glorious photos either or both their Hillary The Magnificent and The Great Obama.

But here’s some from their past couple of editions:

From Friday’s National Post: we have a classic example of what it means to “beg the question” (properly):  The notion of “Obama-Mania” is offered-up in a huge article in the liberal media—the very propagators of such “manias”—which speaks of… a possible “Obama-Mania”. (Irony is not their strong point!).

Even their “US ELECTION” banner seems to be all about The Great Obama, what with his grinning photo placed upon it as if the U.S. election is all about The Great Obama.  Golly it’s a real mystery, that “Obama-Mania” thing, huh?

Today’s edition once again features The Great Obama as some sort of religious icon—Adam in this case—in an article taken from a left-wing journal called New Republic.  Thank God he isn’t naked like Adam, although I warn you that liberals in Canada do have a propensity for taking off their clothes for votes or friends.  Scott Brison did it, Svend Robinson did it, Bare Ass Bob Rae did it…

Articles in today’s edition include, once again, an article lamenting Republican candidate John McCain’s age with a headline “McCain faces age-old issue in youth-fixated culture—Despite obvious energy, he may be seen as Grandpa”.  Under that, an article headlined “Fired up for Obama”

Also from Friday, a fawning look, for at least the 8,000th time, of their Hillary The Magnificent.
