Team Martin seems to look to the former Soviet Union for inspiration

Librano Taxpayer Cash Dumping and Vote Buying ServiceContinuing his Soviet-style drunk-on-socialism (and keep trying to catch up to the Harper Conservatives!) campaign tour ’05/’06, Liberal Prime Minister Paul (“I dint know nuttin”) Martin now says he will shovel still more taxpayer cash at you in order to buy your votes with your own money—by increasing the government funding of another socialist venture.  This is the one where the government will operate state-run child care (and “early learning”—wink!) centers that Canadian parents can plug their children into because Canadian parents are too stupid to do anything by themselves, including even making choices as to how to raise their own children.

No word on how Canadian families and families the world over have been able to fumble through that whole “family” thing lo these hundreds or thousands of years without the aid of the ha-yuge benevolent government child-bringer-upper social programs (and “early learning” centers—wink!).

The Liberals have

warned

proudly proclaimed that they intend to model the state-run Soviet-style child-rearing and liberal indoctrination centers after Canada’s North-Korean-style healthcare system.  Yes, that’s the North Korean-style healthcare system that the liberal-left invented and insist we live—and die—by today.  They said it with a straight face.

But I think this whole package of socialist plug ’n play childcare gets funding from the Ministry of Multiculturalism since it involves Canada, North Korea, and the former Soviet Union (the collapse of which still haunts the liberal-left in Canada).  So we can eagerly await the appearance of the official Liberal Party (and taxpayer!) Sponsorship Logo (Brought to you by your government)  being applied to the state-run l’il liberal mini-me centers—and I would imagine your children will be required to wear one as well since if the liberal-left get re-elected, they will be brought to you by… the Canadian Liberal government.

…in his first major platform announcement of the week old campaign, Martin is expected Tuesday to double his government’s $5-billion child-care deal with the provinces.

[…] Earlier Monday, as part of a wide-ranging speech in front of the St. John’s Board of Trade, Martin addressed Harper’s child-care plan.

“We’re investing $5 billion in future generations of Canadians in urban and rural areas,” said Martin. “Now, Stephen Harper repeated today that he doesn’t believe public money should be put into day-care centres. Well I do.”
