It’s a miracle the 63-year-old Liberal from Ontario can sleep at night; his dreams must be filled by the spectre of unattended grassy knolls hiding the many forces of gathering darkness.
For five years Mr. Kenny has been the face of the National Security and Defence Committee while it sounds the alarm over security inadequacy and Canadian complacency.
