My wife caught this letter to the editor from a PTBC supporter in yesterday’s Vancouver Sun. My wife gets up an hour earlier than me and employs her yellow marker over breakfast to help me zoom-in on the important details.
Some days—like when liberals say things —the whole paper is yellow. That’s quite suitable of course when the stories are about liberal-leftist appeasement and pacifism in Iraq and Afghanistan. Yella.

Count me as a taxpayer and grandparent who wrote a letter to Education Minister Shirley Bond about the proposed gay-friendly curriculum. Let’s review. This government has allowed a special interest group to a) write an entire course and b) sit down with the entire K-12 curriculum and rewrite it to suit its members own purposes. To make matters worse, they tell parents they have no right to pull their children from courses whose content they deem unacceptable.
Guess what? Parents will vote with their feet. Private school enrollment and home schooling will go up. Think there’s a lot of schools closing now? Just wait for it.
