Martin wants a Canada of dependent handmaidens to him—but not of handmaidens to the U.S.

I’ve been calling Liberal Prime Minister Paul (“we lead the world”) Martin: Paul (“we lead the world”) Martin, for a long time now—since his last election campaign—you know, the most recent election campaign won by liberals and financed in large part by you and your cash, allegedly, thanks to the Chretien/Martin Liberal Party corruption scandal and liberal financing and advancement scheme (and weenie roast!).

Martin claimed during the campaign that Canada led the world on… this, and on that and on most everything that any liberal reporter dutifully asked him about and his/their liberal Canada.  Even if he were asked about abortion—he likely would have proudly trumpeted “we lead the world in free taxpayer-funded abortions for our young girls!”.  Actually that one stat may be true, but I can assure you that Canada, thanks to Chretien/Martin/liberal-lefties, leads the world in exactly nothing, or very close to exactly nothing of importance.

Delightful.

But CTV.ca, the non state-owned media (but replete with the “Canada” logo), is reporting that Paul (“we lead the world”) Martin is, after a 16-month liberal study into the issue, adopting a new mantra:  “We’re not handmaidens”.

Catchy!

Did we pay a Quebec ad firm for that little gem?

Of course Paul (“we’re not handmaidens—no honestly we’re not”) Martin was referring to the hated evil Jesusland called the United States, when whining and stammering about not being a handmaiden.  I hope he has a plan in place to ensure that we’re not going to continue to be handmaidens to any tinpot terrorist jackass regime that wants to mess with my country and my countrymen, like Iran seems capable of doing at will.  Of course he didn’t see fit to mention that bit—only the part about not being the handmaiden of the evil U.S.A. —that’s the real threat to his liberalism and Fabian socialism.

It really speaks volumes when the first and most important priority in world affairs today to the dithering, blundering bloated liberal-socialist, is to not be the “handmaiden” to our greatest friend and ally and the ones who will save our backside in the event of an aforementioned tinpot terrorist jackass regime that wants to mess with my country and my countrymen in the future.

Prime Minister Paul Martin said while Canada will recognize the need to satisfy U.S. security demands, Ottawa won’t become a “handmaiden” to any superpower.

[…] The Canadian Press reported last week that the review—which took 16 months to put together—has gone through several re-writes because some cabinet ministers complained there was too much emphasis on Canada’s relations with the U.S.

I think Liberal Prime Minister Paul (“we lead the world in being a handmaiden to the rest of the world”) Martin should learn that there are certain things that will naturally follow in the course of liberalizing the nation and making it a weak nanny-state bereft of military might, and obsessed with the nonsense of growing more and more dependent citizen liberals in our once much greater country.  He should learn to expect that as a weak and totally dependent nation of liberals, Canada will by necessity be a “handmaiden” to not only the U.S., but to most every country and terrorist regime on the planet.  Shouting about it like a liberal baby will do nothing.

No scratch that last line.  It will get him re-elected by Canadians.  Seems I’m the one who needs to learn my lesson.
