A weekend relaxation funny happy post… (remember those? Seems like a long time since I posted a weekend relaxation funny happy post).
A regular reader (Mister Kim) sent me a video clip that somebody sent him, called “I’m my own Grandpa”. I understand it’s made the rounds around the internet about 6 million times, but being a dweeb, this was the first time I’d seen it.
I’m sure it was written just as a light-hearted funny song, but we both mused that life sure is plenty complicated without adding today’s modern liberal “values” into the mix. You know, their “family values”. (Even typing “liberal-left’s family values” makes me snicker just a little so you can tell I’m a cheap laugh).
I had to really hold myself back from adding stuff to it and making it all political, but thought it would be doing a disservice to the creators who probably had no such intention, so I left it as-is. The creators sure know exactly where my funny bone is.
