A recent advertiser here, “BentMinds Inc” has a set of playing cards that are Canadian and unique in that wacky Canadian way.
Those who are going to vote for another liberal-left government this election should buy a deck or two from BentMind’s online store and use them to support what is a pretty obvious gambling habit. Then go ahead and vote for a conservative-oriented candidate—gamble with playing cards, rather than countries!

I like how Adrienne Clarkson is not the Queen of Hearts but rather the Queen of Diamonds, and how Conservative leader Stephen Harper is the coveted Ace of Hearts.
The cards are worth it just for the pictures (Jean Chretien is a handsome devil, for example). And of course you’d be supporting a Canadian entrepreneur who isn’t being supported by government grants and loans and subsidies. Note that you will not find the 
Liberal government’s “sponsorship” (wink!) logo anywhere on his site. I don’t know HOW he survives without the benevolent Liberal government’s self-aggrandizing help with our tax dollars but gosh, somehow he does!
