Liberal blogger Kinsella exposes inner arrogance

As always, and as we can see here, liberals are so arrogant, they always think everyone in the room—or who read their blogs—agrees with them.  This is a TERRIBLE strategy.  Particularly for a Liberal Party strategist (past or present).

Cropped version of photo on Kinsella’s blog with his “thought” bubbles.  He should have reserved a real thought bubble for himself prior to posting this.

This time, past or present Liberal Party strategist Warren Kinsella reveals more of his arrogance, and simultaneously portrays himself as a real conservative-loather (you can fill in your own, more accurate terminology), it seems to me. And in so doing a Liberal Party strategist once again makes the news, despite this being such a common occurrence.

And let’s be clear: this is a news story not because Warren Kinsella is a liberal-leaning blogger, but because he is or was a Liberal Party strategist and official.  Plenty of common liberal citizen bloggers are repugnant and say despicable things about conservatives and others (Jews, Americans, Christians, etc).

In this case, I don’t, as others apparently do, see this Kinsella gaffe as “sexist” as much as being totally contemptuous of (a) women generally; or more specifically (b) conservative women.

Kinsella takes heat over ‘sexist’ blog

TORONTO — An influential Liberal Party strategist has been accused of sexist behaviour for suggesting that a female member of the Ontario Legislature would rather be at home baking cookies than out on the campaign trail.

Warren Kinsella, head of the Ontario Liberal Party’s war room for the Oct. 10 election, posted a photograph on his blog Tuesday of Progressive Conservative MPP Lisa MacLeod, with a thought bubble over her head saying, “I very much wish I was somewhere else, at this very moment. Baking cookies, perhaps. Oh my.”

[…]

Mr. Kinsella removed the offending photo from his blog Tuesday afternoon. He declined a request for an interview. But he said on his blog that he removed the photo after a New Democrat member of the legislature tried to “make hay” out of the photo.

“I took it down earlier today because my wife – who is a lot smarter than I am – thought it wasn’t funny,” he explained on his blog. “She’s right. So that’s what happened, for those of you who are asking. I unreservedly apologize to anyone who was genuinely offended.”

I’m not “offended”, genuinely or otherwise.  I’m just bored and amused by the Liberal Party strategists constantly revealing more of the inner liberal mindset, actually.

I can’t imagine what they think to themselves when nobody is listening.  I don’t even want to know—or maybe I should say I don’t need to know any more than I already do about them.  It’s getting too easy for us in the sensible set to nail these folks down.

These poor Liberal Party “strategists” and apparent Britney Spears wannabes are revealing too much of themselves for their own good.  Like Britney, they (Kinsella, Reid, Brison, and others) ought to put some panties on.  Just like a classic Britney exit from an SUV, they either expose their inner thoughts by way of blogging (which should never be done with too arrogant a mind, or when pantiless); or by oozing brain poo on live television (as per Liberal Party strategist Scott “citizens will spend their child care money on beer and popcorn if we don’t tax it” Reid); or by blowing massive brain farts in front of a restaurant full of people by yelling at female cafe patrons (as per Liberal Party Minister of Public Works Scott “you can kiss my ass” Brison).  Other examples are legion.  I’ve run a blog with public comments and a discussion forum for years (now in respite) and I can personally attest to the abhorrent things liberals reveal of themselves.

Here’s a good Liberal Party strategy for you “strategists”:  zip it.  But they won’t.  Which is a good thing for Canada, ultimately.
