And that’s despite having the greatest bully pulpit known to man, the help of the Obamamedia, and Obamaprofessors and Obamawood artists. And the 32 Obamaczars and myriad Obamadvisors. And that’s with the help of all the cool sounding prose expertly read off his massive teleprompter industrial complex. And despite deflections like “Look at Sarah Palin! She’s so so stupid!”.
Perhaps it’s because most people, like me, put “health care” in quotes, advisedly.

Just 35% of U.S. voters now support the creation of a government health insurance company to compete with private health insurers.
A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey shows that 50% of voters oppose setting up a government health insurance company as President Obama and congressional Democrats are now proposing in their health care reform plan. …
