Apparently people who work for the PMO and speak for our Prime Minister as Press Secretaries are now officially seen as and called “spin doctors” by the liberalvision media. Liberals are, of course, still called Liberals. (Or “unnamed sources”).
In a report about yet another manufactured bit of nonsense, the opposition parties and their obedient news media have embarked on a hideously stupid allegation of a so-called ethical lapse by the Conservatives —an allegation betraying a hilarious desperation among them all.
The “news” anchor teases the upcoming news item with these words:
“Under attack over ethics!: [carefully chosen, inflammatory sound bites are interspersed in background] …One of Stephen Harper’s spin doctors lands the PM in a swirl of controversy over FAVORS for friends!”
It is the biggest BS statement heard on the liberalvision media all day today, with the possible exception of John Edwards’ idiotic quitting speech (and anti-conservative mini-festival) heard earlier today.
