Seems CNN’s “Crossfire”—a show which pitted two liberal Democrats (official John Kerry campaign staffers, by the way, not that the libbies at CNN saw anything remotely wrong with that, even during the election) against two laymen conservative-leaning opponents, and then let them fight over whether or not President George Bush and his entire team and every living conservative is a corrupt war-mongering moron liar, will apparently end its run.
Watch for extended coverage on the Jon Stewart show.
Tucker Carlson, one of the men on the right along with Robert (Bob) Novak, said his contract will not be renewed, and Carlson is putting out feelers. MSNBC might be his new home. Carlson already has a stint on PBS called “Tucker Carlson: Unfiltered”.
Fox News Channel’s Bill O’Reilly and Sean Hannity meanwhile are doing gangbuster business. CNN’s “Crossfire” Nielsen ratings are down 21% since last season as Fox News Channel continues to dominate cable news.
