CBC gratuitously reports on Hillary lead in polls

It’s news!

We know that because it’s on the state-run media, the CBC Newsworld, all-news, all-the-time channel.

It has nothing to do with the leftist state-run media constantly pushing their agenda, which includes efforts to advance the fortunes of the liberal Democratic candidates for U.S. president—and only the Dems—and all but totally completely absolutely ignoring the conservative (or at least Republican) race. No.

They don’t want to help their brothers in the U.S. take American back from the evil-doers—the Bush Republican administration, and to make sure Canadians are intimately familiar with the liberal Democratic contenders and know utterly nothing about the Republicans—which when they do mention them it is to mock them as best they can.  After all, all this agenda-driving might help convince Canadians that it’s time to ensure the same things happens here!  So when they do a long report on Hillary Clinton being the leader of the Democratic race for no apparent reason, and don’t say anything about the Republican race in that story, it’s only because of time constraints, and priorities, you see.  After all, this report lasted 4 minutes and 10 seconds, leaving scant time for Darfur and Burma and crap like that, to say nothing of Republicans who are caught saying or doing something stupid.

No this is not news because they so dearly heart Hillary and she’s leading in the polls on the Democratic side.  You might think they seem to want us to believe that it’s because a poll came out today, but that would be a lie because polls are taken every day.  So that couldn’t be it.  So clearly, it’s just because it’s information Canadians need.  Once again for clarity, because you’re all so entirely stupid in their eyes:  we don’t need to know about the Republicans. Just Hillary and Obama.

And they had to interview their man in Washington, Henry Champ, for the scoop on this Hillary’s winning in the polls caper.

Sure, like when the liberalvision CTV gratuitously covered a story on Hillary being “hilarious” on Monday, using sentences that seemed to have come directly from Democratic Party headquarters and their media talking points memo to their media cohorts (since nearly every U.S. TV news station had almost the identical story), the CBC also forgot to mention anything negative about Hillary—like her currently being caught-up in a huge financial scandal involving a Chinese-native fund-raiser who is now sitting in jail having funneled some $800,000 to her campaign and countless more cash for other Democrats over the years.

But that’s not the news they want you to hear!  Remember—they only report what they want you to know.

In actual fact, let me reiterate that state-run or state-owned media should be banned in this country—and that notion enshrined in the constitution.  We’d learn more about what’s actually going on in the world if that were the case. It just doesn’t seem right that we have to rely on a U.S. network—Fox News Channel—to learn what’s actually going on in the world.
