This look is not a choice I’d have made.
When a White House photographer is snapping shots of me speaking to the Israeli leader on the phone, I’d have gone ahead and sat up, removed my feet from the Oval Office desk, and not looked like I was speaking to a carpet salesman. In fact, I’d feel pretty odd putting my feet up on the Oval Office desk at all, ever, just out of respect and reverence for the history of the place, and so on.
…And is that a piece of gum on his left shoe?
