Anti-Harper muck-raking at taxpayer expense

A reader (thanks Dave) scanned this from a mailing he received from his Member of Parliament—sent to him in a House of Commons envelope—at taxpayer expense.  His MP is Belinda Stronach, Liberal.

Dave noted that on the partisan Liberal Party polling card sent out at taxpayer expense, there is no Liberal Party logo, thereby making it a truly non-partisan anti-Harper poll in the eyes of liberal-leftists.  It’s a “Canadian” poll!  That’s how liberals think.

So let’s watch for the fair and honest results of this purely altruistic taxpayer-paid poll sent out by Stronach, Liberal, past President and CEO and heir apparent of her daddy’s huge Magna International auto parts manufacturing fortune which has massive operations and trade ties to China.

Suddenly Belinda Stronach is interested in China trade
…and thinks you should be too.

It’s a little hard to read in this copy.  It says: “Please share your view on the following important issue by checking the appropriate box” … then “Thank you for your response.  Please drop this card in the mailbox.  No postage is required.”  [Taxpayer will pay—don’t worry!].

Here’s a section from Belinda Stronach’s company’s latest quarterly report to shareholders (Magna International Inc):

And here I thought the only past corporate executive that mattered at all was U.S. Vice President Dick Cheney and his past ties to a company he worked for once, Halliburton.

Oh and meanwhile, China is not a signatory to the liberals’ sacred Kyoto Accord.  Liberals don’t care about that in this particular case.  Therefore, no need to ask about that on the polling card.  Trade is what’s important.  “Man-Made Global Warming” is not.  I’m confused.  Being liberal is hard!
