I’m very happy to announce that I’ve been able to convince the professor I always wish I had, Mike Adams, to be a part of our team of columnists here at ProudToBeCanadian.ca.
Actually, it really wasn’t that hard. I’ve been posting tidbits of his column in the BLOG section for a long time, because he speaks our language and does it so well. After a couple of tries, he finally looked us and my offer over and said OK!
Mike Adams will help explain the difference between liberals and conservatives, and shine a light on liberal intolerance and hypocrisy as it so often occurs in higher education. While he’s an American and writes of his experience down there, it’s every bit as relevant here.
He recently published his first book, Welcome to the Ivory Tower of Babel.
Starting tomorrow his new columns will appear in the columnist section. I have posted a recent one in the meantime just to give you a taste. He doesn’t write on a fixed schedule, so it will be there when he feels the need to write, which usually happens once per week and often more than that.
For those of you who haven’t followed my blog entries, he has a very unique style in which he usually writes in the form of a letter or email to someone. It’s usually pretty funny and always on the mark. You’ll see!
You’ll really enjoy it, and I’m really happy to have him on board.
