Reader “BlawBlaw” (yes, that’s his name) just created an open discussion topic in our Town Square forums about the Supreme Court decision today concerning folks like you and me hosting parties (the fun kind, not the political kind), and attending those parties.
He called it Sober thought from the Supreme Court, (click to see) and his opening salvo is….
The Supreme Court ruled that social hosts are not liable for their guests’ drunk driving. Score one for personal responsibility!
I note that he didn’t invite us all to any parties or anything, he just brought up the topic.
Go and join in on the discussion—all members are welcome to post and everyone else is welcome to read. Heck you’re even welcome to become a member so you can post comments here and there at will!
Cost to join: free.
Fun you will have: priceless.
Overstating the case here: wildly.
