After first giving all sort of hopeful advice to his liberal colleagues clinging to power, what kind of a thing is this for a supposedly unbiased pollster to say? Was this supposed to be “off the record”? “Just between us liberals?”
Seems they don’t even try to hide their overt bias anymore.
[…] The Liberals will need to do something—such as give voters a pre-election budget of tax cuts and other goodies—if they are to escape minority status in the next election, said Ipsos Reid President Darrell Bricker.
“If a budget is it, then probably a budget sometime in November or December, or maybe even early January, and that’s where you are going to see things such as tax relief and other things,” Mr. Bricker said.
“As bad as Harper is, and as bad a summer as he has had, the Liberals haven’t been able to extend their lead on the Conservatives.” […]
Here’s my on-the-record comments, for what they’re worth: As bad as the liberal pollsters and the liberal media and the liberal academia and the liberal entertainment industry is in this country, the Conservatives still manage to resonate with millions upon millions of Canadians—in spite of the abject bias that attempts to consume Canadians with liberal fundamentalism daily.
