The Red Cross, once a reliable source of apolitical aid to the needy in times of crisis, has, like so many other world bodies, turned against the United States and has become an anti-American political force led by liberal leftists with a political axe to grind.
In “Red Double-Crossed Again”, the Wall Street Journal’s OpinionJournal makes the case against the latest Red Cross political campaign against the U.S. saying “the [Red Cross] betrays America—and the Geneva Conventions.”

In this latest case, the ICRC is alleging that the psychological conditions faced by Guantanamo detainees are “tantamount to torture.” Why? Because—we kid you not—prisoners are being held for indefinite periods, and the uncertainty is stressful. And because some prisoners are subjected to psychological pressure techniques during interrogations aimed at thwarting further terrorist attacks.
