I don’t know why you continue to pick on Obama. I watched this video. Where you claim to see Obama stumbling and bumbling, I see that Obama is simply smarter and faster than the computer running the teleprompter. He has to wait for the 4 gig processor to catch up to his excellence.
A super-computer may be powerful enough to keep up to Obama, but only on his off days.

If he REALLY knew his material, he wouldn’t need a teleprompter to conduct his photo ops. A trained parrot can sound articulate but it takes a person with a brain to come up with relevent stuff not on the script.
