CTV offers fair and balanced review of new enviro policies… by Sierra Club expert

If you’re following the “news” today, liberalvision is all over the big joint announcement—a bit of exhibitionism, really—by the Liberal-left leaders of Ontario and The Nation Of Quebec, today.  It’s with regard to the “man-made global warming” enviro-cult, so they’ve got all news staff at the ready.  They’re very excited at CTV and even more so at CBC, where at its Newsworld division, they prematurely ejaculated several times by breaking into their ongoing live “news” coverage during the foreplay (miscellaneous adjusting of microphones and preliminaries and such) before the actual start of the live announcement (which of course lasted about 2 minutes).

Clearly though, in keeping with the mantra, after the event, they did not smoke.  They’ll reserve that for the drive home in their SUVs.  Ahh.

For that ever important critical review of the event after the big announcement, liberalvision CTV secured the wise counsel of… one of the promoters-in-chief of the “man-made global warming” religion, the Sierra Club.  Golly, I wonder how that would go!  Well shockingly, she dissed Harper and the Conservative government’s plans and praised the fact that provinces are breaking out on their own.

News anchor:  Emily Moorhouse is an ‘atmosphere and energy campaigner’ with the Sierra Club of Canada. and she joins me now from Ottawa…

What do you think of this cap and trade system?

Expert: Well I think that this collaboration that we’ve seen between the provinces effectively renders the Harper government’s approach to climate change obsolete!  …  It’s completely inadequate! … the federal government is being left in the dust here!

The interview with the “atmosphere and energy campaigner” was creatively interspersed by the CTV with an almost non-stop

campaign

purely information-based slide show of various horrible, scary, artfully-created pollution videos from their video files goldmine.

Apparently they have no footage of Canada’s clean air and green space.

But don’t worry, all CTV staff live in solar and wind-powered homes and bike to work.  They don’t have any videos of any of that in their files, but just trust them.
