As you can’t help but notice, today for the first time, people who aren’t me blogged here at this space.
This is a new thing.
This is now a “group blog”, rather than my personal blog. That’s why my picture is gone and a few other such changes have been made.
A few people have been given the keys to the place so they can blog to their heart’s content. I will add and subtract people as time goes on so if you haven’t heard from me already, it doesn’t mean you won’t. People who are picked are all prolific and excellent writers and readers, they’re smartypants, and they have the technical wherewithal to figure out the blog publishing software, among other attributes.
Eventually, this will give me a little bit more free time to further develop this site including redesigning portions of it, and to do other things that I need to do, like make money to try to pay for all of this.
Naturally I also hope this will help further build the already pretty large audience we enjoy, but also the participation level which is very important and somewhat lacking here.
Like the conservative movement in Canada, this site needs to move to the next level! I hope I can manage to do that now.
Please participate and support the site by commenting as much as possible whether it’s to show support or to voice your opposition. Your financial support is always needed too—even from the liberals who so enjoy the place. None of this is free, unlike Canada’s healthcare system which of course is free.
