I’ve been on holidays for nearly a week now. This is me taking a summer holiday. The fun continues through next week too.
In a while, I will actually “go outside”. My wife and I are going to pick “beans” at a farm. And here I thought “beans” could be bought at a “store”. I understand it involves “dirt” and “bugs” and such. The temperature is supposed to go up to about 85, so it might also involve “sweat” and “sun stroke”. Luckily the farm is closer to hospitals in the U.S. than in Canada, so I’ll be able to get some timely “healthcare”.
But at least we have to drive a great distance to this alleged “bean farm”, which will consume lots of that low-cost gas thanks to the Bush blood-for-oil war in Iraq.
This weekend we’ll be out of town for a wedding, then we’re going to zip over to Victoria for business…. while on holidays. And I’ll have a laptop with me, so I can work too. Duh.
So blogging will continue, but occasionally at an interrupted pace.
It’s Chi-Chis on the patio tonight though, probably with a bean chaser.
