#AlexandriaOcasioSmollett

From this morning’s Daybreak Insider: AOC apparently lied through her teeth about being “under attack” at the Capital Building, and her “near-death experience.”

She is one of many Democrats and news media (but I repeat myself, yaddah) ginning-up this mantra and milking the story — sometimes, as in this case, literally making up a story — for crass political mileage and propaganda purposes. Follow the links here, and see my Goggle map below for her actual whereabouts.

AOC Was Never in Building During Breach

Despite her claim that rioters entered her office, forcing her to hide (Red State). From the Daily Wire: AOC said Wednesday the RedState report on her whereabouts during the Capitol breach was “manipulative.” “This is the latest manipulative take on the right,” she wrote. “They are manipulating the fact that most people don’t know the layout the Capitol complex. We were all on the Capitol complex – the attack wasn’t just on the dome. The bombs Trump supporters planted surrounded our offices too” (Daily Wire). From The Federalist: The hashtag “#AlexandriaOcasioSmollett” became a top trend on Twitter Wednesday as users connected the dots to find that the New York congresswoman wasn’t in the Capitol building during her “near-death experience” (The Federalist).

The Capital building and the area just to the left of it is where the rioters infiltrated. Most of the demonstrators — the non-violent 99.9% — were even further to the left along the lawns and the mall, and reportedly weren’t even remotely aware of what was going on — that’s how vast this area is. I’ve been there, and have thoroughly walked this whole area, so I know. AOC wasn’t in the capital building at all, we now find out, despite her BS storytelling. Her office is in a separate building across the street (see red marker). When her building was vacated as a security measure, she was moved to the building next door — also across the street from and not a part of the Capital building.
