Why does the media constantly refer to the Conservatives as “Tories”, and Liberals as “Liberals”? Why don’t they ever call the Liberals “Grits”? Sure it sounds dirty …and unpolished. I understand that.
How about you in the Grit media call the Conservative Party “the Conservative Party”, and the Liberal Party “the Grits”?
