Canada has now joined the international coalition of countries the U.S. assembled (India, Japan, Australia, and the U.S.) seeking to get it done—save lives and help the poor people struck by the natural disaster in south east Asia.
No word on why it took so long for the liberals in Ottawa to join this U.S.-arranged international coalition.
AFTERTHOUGHT: No word on why Canada wasn’t the one which took the lead and organized this international coalition, since the liberal Canadian Prime Minister keeps saying Canada is a/the (depending on audience) world leader in these compassionate projects worldwide.
