I’m keeping a close eye on Parler.com, as I’m sure they’ll come back. But for now, they are definitely offline.
Gab.com is certainly online, as they were never taken off as far as I know. But because they are being inundated with new members and so much new interest (because they’re for free speech and such and people are fleeing Twitter and Facebook), it is barely functioning, as far as I can tell.
Anyway I’ve posted a few article links there (more than what’s showing up) and will continue to try to. Hopefully in a few days they will have increased their visitor and membership capacity and we’ll have an alternative to the left’s Twitter and Facebook divisions.
