You paid for it: CBC Dumbcheck #2

Guests today on the state-run CBC’s far-leftist The Hour starring George Stroumboulopoulos who has piercings in all manner of facial orifices:

First up:  Far leftist Al Gore, for the second time in as many days.

Next up:  Leftist anti-corporate environmentalist industry icon (to leftists) David Suzuki, zoologist, lecturing us on the environment.

Next up:  Yet another look at the environment—a writer of a book is interviewed.  Tim Flannery.  Turns out he’s in favor of Kyoto and is on side with the other leftists. He said “…good bye polar bears, good bye walruses…” etc.

Next up: George Stroumboulopoulos says to the audience that perhaps George W. Bush should read that guy’s book.

Next up:  A sound mocking of President George Bush by a comedian who imitates him and attempts to make him look like a total stupid moronic ass, but it fails miserably and the rebound effect kicks in almost immediately, unbeknownst to the CBC host and staff who appear to think they’re doing a marvelous job.  Those liberals are all for laws that force Canadians to watch taxpayer-subsidized Canadian actors on taxpayer-subsidized Canadian shows, but when it’s an American actor on an American TV show mocking George Bush—it’s all over the CBC for as long as it takes.  Segment lasted several minutes. At taxpayer expense.

Then George mocks Bush some more.

Next up:  George informs us:  Polar bears are going to be extinct because the ice is melting.  “Less ice means more water”, apparently.

Next up:  Environmentalist Jeff Corwin from the U.S. of A.  That’s American-style, but he’s liberal-friendly so it’s ok.  George asks him questions—the kind of hard-ball questions that liberals ask their friends on TV which constantly require liberal friends like Corwin to begin his answer with “oh absolutely”, and “oh yes of course”.

Next up:  A player from American-style “The Daily Show starring Jon Stewart”—a well known left-wing suckup show which pretends to hit both sides, but actually saves the real zingers for conservatives only.

Then the show ended.  With George Stroumboulopoulos in a tree.

After that the official state weather girl gave us a weather report.  She spoke of all the weather in North America as it relates to global warming.  You see, all of it —  cold places, hot places, stormy places, are all today “classic examples of global warming,” she informed us.  Classic.

Vote liberal.
