Working for money instead of working for naught

Good morning conservatives, and those who are intolerant of and hateful toward conservatives!

I’m going to spend most of today working for money, therefore I won’t be working much on this particular web site again today.

The last time I felt like I’d lost pride in my country was when the leader of all the land, Canada’s Liberal Party-appointed Governor-General, Michaëlle Jean, who is actually a Haitian-born CBC employee (the CBC being a state-owned socialism-reliant left-wing news and entertainment behemoth, a bastion of not another 'pride day'government waste and compassless excess, and the very emblem of modern liberal-left and progressive insanity, making her the perfect choice), conferred Canada’s highest honor, the Order of Canada, on the despicable abortion mill operator Henry Morgentaler.  Which is a good time to remind liberals that abortion is the most disgusting, most egregious thing ever thought of by humans.

That award was given after the pro-abortion liberal-leftists in the country secretly and underhandedly arranged it all — yes in secret — knowing that about half the country would be properly disgusted if they found out, and found out that the award and the whole process was in fact being hijacked by pro-abortion leftist political agitprops.  The CBC employee who morphed into leader of all the land, Michaëlle Jean, was cool with the whole process and the honored one being so honored, even in that underhanded way.  All conservatives and other sane people were properly morally outraged, which got them exactly nowhere with the great esteemed one from the CBC, and the award stands to this day, rendering that award even stupider, and sucking out what was left of its already questionable credibility.  Our elected representatives — even the Conservatives — did bupkis about it.  Of course the Conservatives have actually hijacked that word conservative, so there you go.  I’m still ashamed of my country for all of that.

Governor General Michaëlle Jean is the same one who, while she was visiting the Vancouver area doing something utterly useless, took to the stage, proclaiming with great authority to the assembled crowd of school kids and adults, “…We look there and we see the Rockies!…”, or some such total nonsense, referring to the Coastal Mountain Range that surrounds Vancouver, to which the local crowd murmured “uh, no, not so much, inasmuch as the Rockies are like 520 miles away, you big idiot”.  The Governor General replied with something like “Oh, we can still call this the Rockies, no?”, to which an eight-year-old shouted “no!” (even eight-year-olds can spot BS, which always seems to shock liberals), not unlike the Congressman who under weirdly similar circumstances, stood up and shouted at President Obama, the leader of all of that land, “you lie!”, with every bit as much authenticity and veracity (100%).

So yeah.  I’ll be working on other things today.

UPDATE:
Globe and Mail’s lead editorial today:  “A university fails in its mission”.  When even the liberals and their media know it’s wrong, and come out and admit it, then you know it’s really, really wrong, and something has gone really terribly amiss in this country.  And something has.
