Where are the ‘pro-choice’ activists now?

Bobbie Jo Stinnett was the pregant woman who, several weeks ago, was murdered by another woman who then stole Bonnie Jo Stinnett’s unborn baby.  The baby is doing fine. 

But Joshua Carden is asking where all those pro-abortion women’s groups were when that happened.  He helps further expose the farce that is at the center of these self-interested liberals who, to my way of thinking, promote and then profit from the abortion industry in a disgusting but exemplary display of liberalism.

[…] Stinnett’s murder would seem to be the perfect opportunity for those claiming to be concerned about women’s reproductive rights to rise up and condemn this act.  After all, Planned Parenthood’s own Web site says the group “believes in everyone’s right to choose when or whether to have a child, that every child should be wanted and loved, and that women should be in charge of their own destinies.”  Of course, this statement is brought into doubt by the group’s own financial reporting, which, according to STOPP International, indicates that Planned Parenthood took in $104 million from performing abortions in 2004 alone.  And this month a Consumer Reports study revealed that two of three Planned Parenthood condom models are the worst on the market because of their high failure rate.  Who stands to gain financially if a condom fails and a girl gets pregnant unexpectedly?  In legal circles, that sort of situation smells like “conflict of interest.”  […]
