Reader followup on “peace” and “aid” “flotilla” to Gaza

Reader follows-up on the ever so peaceful and innocent “flotilla”, which the media insisted and still insist on call a “peace flotilla” or “aid flotilla”, filled with 700 anti-Israel activists, some of whom were militant, pro-Islamist activists, which set out to “rescue” Gaza from the actual peace-loving people last month.

Subject: Kevin Neish – “People’s Voice”

Joel,

I really enjoyed the photo of “Samra” tearing up the communist “People’s Voice” newsletter.

I haven’t noticed anything on your site about Kevin Neish so thought you might be interested in this.  CBC radio and TV have repeatedly reported on “peace activist” Kevin Neish, from Victoria, whose stated mission was to block Israeli commandos after they boarded the “Freedom Flotilla to Gaza” ship he was on.  The CBC conveniently omits Mr. Neish’s background and ties to communist organizations around the world.  He has submitted at least one article to the Canadian Communist newsletter “Peoples Voice” (http://www.peoplesvoice.ca/APR-1.PDF) and his father spent much of the 1950’s and 60’s visiting communist dictators around the world. The Globe and Mail displays a photo of Neish’s mother and father posing with Fidel Castro.

The CBC has quite a humorous interview with Mr. Neish done shortly after he returned to Turkey.  His story is so confusing and the lady interviewing him gets accused of being on Israel’s side when she asks for clarification of what happened.  The CBC on Israel’s side!

I hope this is of some interest.

Take care,

Dwayne

Thanks Dwayne.  I didn’t know any of that about Neish.  Very interesting!
