That gives Liberals two days to get over April Fools Day. Considering they’ve had 13 years to stop the shenanigans, I hope they can manage it. Fingers crossed!
Speaking of fingers, images of Paul Martin’s left-handed thumbs-up during the Liberal Party’s campaign of hate can now be replaced in my mind by Stephen Harper’s right-handed thumbs-up following his swearing in.
The Speech from the Throne to begin the 1st Session of the 39th Parliament will be read by the Governor General in the Senate in the afternoon of April 4.
