Obama’s rush to war: will attack (defend?) on Fox News, Sunday

image This 730-day delayed rush by Barack Hussein Obama to be interviewed on Fox News Channel reminds me of Bush’s “rush to war” in Iraq, which took some nine or more months, during which nuttin’ much happened to Hussein’s WMDs.  (Conversely, Obama has been trying to hoard some political ammo during this 730-day rush, but it has ironically resulted in a sort of similar effect as Hussein—a net reduction of accountable weaponry.)

Watch Fox News Channel (now unbanned in Canada and easily the best channel in Canada) on Sunday, as newsman Chris Wallace (he’s the one who got President Clinton so red-faced, riled up, and finger-waggin’ on his show in ‘06) finally books Barack Hussein Obama for his show, 730 + days after Obama promised a one-on-one interview with him.

Fox News Obama Watch Will End

Fox News anchor Chris Wallace has literally been counting the minutes until Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama would appear on his show for the last two years.

And now Wallace can quit counting. Obama has agreed to participate in a one-on-one pre-taped interview with Wallace from Marion, Indiana on Saturday. The spot will air Sunday on Fox News Sunday.

According to Wallace, Obama promised to come on the show more than two years ago at a Gridiron dinner—a promise Wallace took seriously. On the air in March, Wallace launched “Obama Watch” to pressure the Democratic presidential candidate to make time in his schedule for Wallace.

“Many of you have sent us e-mails asking why the senator won’t come on ‘Fox News Sunday’ and face tough questioning,” Wallace said. “It has now been 730 days, 13 hours, 53 minutes and nine — no, 10 seconds and counting since Obama agreed to be a guest on ‘Fox News Sunday.’”

Those of you who still don’t have Fox News Channel even though it’s now been unbanned in Canada (by the CRTC—liberals’ state regulators of what we’re allowed to watch on TV and listen to on the radio and in what proportion, Iranian-style), can instead watch CTV’s fabulous “Question Period” on Sunday, and hear the latest NDP and Liberal Party talking points as goaded on by the hosts, followed by critical anti-conservative analysis by three to five leftist university professors and Canadian liberal media stars.
