Tuesday, Barack Obama, in his much adored-by-liberals speech, took the opportunity to call-out his dear out white granny (or “throw her under the bus”, as our Ann Coulter put it in her usual spot-on way), drawing a stupid, and really rather pathetic moral equivalence between his anti-white racist pastor and his dear old white granny (saying that she too harbored “racial” feelings. She was, you see, sometimes afraid of blacks in her neighborhood).
Today, in explaining away THOSE remarks, he settled all that by explaining that she’s merely a typical whitely like like the rest of us whities who don’t know how to react when we see someone we don’t know on the street.
“The point I was making was not that my grandmother harbors any racial animosity — she doesn’t,” he said. “But she is a typical white person who, you know, if she sees somebody on the street that she doesn’t know, there is a reaction. That has been bred into our experiences that don’t go away and that sometimes come out in the wrong way.”
But Obama described his grandmother Tuesday as a woman who was at times fearful of black men.
We typical whites can’t get it right. ‘Specially us typical white males!
But the uniter, Obama, will bring us togetha.
