Notice to Canadian Liberals: Canada on al-Qaeda hit list

Contrary to liberal-left “doves” (it’s the end of the week and I don’t feel like calling them what they really are) who think Canada is immune from terrorism and as government they can therefore continue to shirk their prime responsibility which is ensuring that Canada can defend herself, none other than the national security advisor to Liberal Prime Minister Paul Martin, a guy apparently named Robert Wright, although I’ve never heard his name uttered even once before, reminded his boss (the liberal media) that Canada is on a list of seven nations that bin Laden wanted his followers to attack.

Please note that obviously conservatives in Canada already mysteriously know all this, and if you’re one, please bear with me while I explain these basics of modern day life to the liberal-left who want nothing more than to create some more yummy universal social programs as their way to defend Canada from terror (“terror” being the word they use as code for private enterprise, personal responsibility, and conservatives).

Canada’s “military”, a humorous tidbit of a government service that the Liberals have treasonously ignored entirely for the past dozen years, has been in the news lately, but only because it’s being a nuisance and is taking away from stories about grand new social programs and handouts of tax dollars for upcoming documentaries such as one about “the search for the perfect penis”.  Let’s hope the perfecto phallus will be one hanging from a Canuck, to satisfy that ubiquitous Canadian content rule (bets on the fact that it will be that of a gay man and it won’t be circumcised?).

But back to liberal-left politics.  Oh we were talking about liberal-left politics.  It gets confusing in Canada, since every single facet of Canadian life is bathed in liberal-left programs and appointees.  The coincidentally and appropriately named Wright with a “W”, was talking at an Ottawa conference on security—possibly the first such conference in Canada’s history—and most likely the last if the liberal-left has anything to do with it.  It must have been embarrassing as all-be-get-out having Wright talk like an American right on Liberal soil in “their Canada”.  I guess when your job is national security, you actually give a damn, unlike, say, a Liberal Prime Minister who’s not uncoincidentally making nice-nice with the French in France as I write this.

“Every other country on that list has already been attacked … so this is not someone else’s problem,” he lamented.  At that, Liberals in the crowd (the entire media crowd) were all heard to mutter awww he’s drunk … would never happen here … .

“Experience also shows that it’s absurd to think that these attacks could not happen here,” he continued in what would normally be a waker-upper but wasn’t, but was a reference to the liberal-left who are in constant denial about anything that takes the place of getting additional social programs to get Canadians addicted to, thus building their voter base for another election which will be held whenever they damn well please.

Canada’s spy chief said in May it was inevitable that al Qaeda would try to mount terror attacks in Canada and against Canadian targets abroad. But that sucky news was kept secret and buried amongst Liberal Party electioneering last June, in which they focused on Conservative Party leader Stephen Harper’s “hidden agenda”, which, not surprisingly, was to give a big boost to Canada’s national defence.  OOPS I’ve revealed it and now the secret is out.  Darn the luck.  There’ll be hell to pay at the polls.

As if on cue, Canada’s “military service” was forced, this week, to pull its entire fleet of newly-purchased junk, also known as decrepit second-hand diesel-powered submarine rust-buckets the Brits trashed years ago, into dry dock—after one brave and noble crewman, a husband and father of two little children—was killed and several others injured as a result of liberal-left treasonous ineptitude.

Undaunted, the news today out of Ottawa was that Liberal Justice Minister Irwin Cotler was immediately tabling legislation in Parliament decriminalizing marijuana.

Because that’s how liberals think.

In other news this week, Canadians polled over the past weekend are said to have increased their support for the Liberals and the NDP, while Conservative Party support decreased since the last election.

And that’s how Canadians think.
