Mad Cow found again in Canada

But in news unrelated to Carolyn Parrish (Liberal- Mississauga-Erindale) a case of actual bovine “Mad Cow” disease (BSE or Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy) was suspected in a 10-year-old dairy cow. “Dairy” being the operative word which sets it apart from other species of mad cows.

The location wasn’t indicated in the report, which isn’t very helpful for those of us trying to sort out the confusing details.

Reports suggest the cow is a “moron”.  (The bovine one.  Well both actually.)
